The HVCA promotes entrance into the field of Building Services by advising on apprenticeships via National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ).
Everything inside a building, which makes it safe and comfortable to be in, comes under the title of ‘Building Services’.
The built environment encompasses: Heating and air conditioning, Ventilation and refrigeration, water drainage and plumbing.
How to get started: you will need at least 3 GCSE grade C or above and an interest in the sector.
