HVCA structures
The Association's regional, regional branch, specialist group and group branch structures offer members the opportunity for localised discussion and debate, and to address matters of specific relevance to their geographical area.
Each region and branch elects its own chairman from among the membership, and is served by a secretary who, in most cases, is based within the appropriate locality. Statutory meetings are held four times a year.
Each region enjoys direct representation on the Council of the Association.
