GOVERNMENT OPTS FOR REFCOM

DEFRA Names Mandatory Certification Body

Legislation designed to implement the EU F Gas Regulation into Great Britain came into force on 9 March 2009, requiring mandatory certification for businesses that carry out the installation, service and/or maintenance of stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump systems and equipment. CONCERN OVER SAFETY LAW

HSE Urged to Step Up Enforcement
